Refund and Returns Policy
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty period according to the Danish Sales Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the product repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/fault. Styleduo will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds and returns
There is a 30-day full right of return for goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day;
– When you receive the order.
– Receive the last item in physical possession, when it concerns an agreement for several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several installments.
– Receive the last lot, or last part in physical possession, when it concerns an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
– The first item in physical possession, when it concerns regular delivery of goods over a certain period.
You must bear the return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The notification must be given by email to kontakt@styleduo.dk. In the notification, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must contact us regarding the reason and send the item to:

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the item without giving a clear notice.
Refund steps
If you cancel your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back.
In the event of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Repayment will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, unless you have previously provided documentation of having returned them.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:

We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you and to process inquiries regarding your purchase. The processing is carried out in accordance with the rules in our personal data policy for Styleduo. If regarding Refunds
If it is a refund, please include bank information in the form of account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:
– Goods that are manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or have been given a clear personal touch.
– Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
– Goods that, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
– Goods where the seal has been broken.
– Non-financial services provided, if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully performed.
– Delivery of digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, if the provision has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
– Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription agreements for such publications.
– Agreements concluded at public auction.
– Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
Return
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning the goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The dispatch will be faster if you also complete and enclose our Cancellation Form.
You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods until we have received them back.
We do not accept parcels sent by COD.
Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods as if you were trying them in a physical store.
If the goods have been tried in addition to what is described above, they are considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the goods at the time of receipt – of the return. In order to receive the full purchase price back, you must try the goods without actually using them.
