Payment
Payment options: Visa, Visa debit, MasterCard, Dankort, Mobilpay
We do not charge card fees.
The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) We deduct the amount when we send the item, or
2) the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.

Freight
We ship via GLS package shop delivery. The price for shipping is DKK 48.75. VAT is included
We only ship items within Europe. The delivery time for your order is normally 1-3 working days.
Delivery time for Specially printed material and clothing with design; 1-5 working days. When ordering at weekends and public holidays, the item is dispatched on the first working day. When ordering on weekdays before 17.00 the item will be sent the next day.
Should there be an extended delivery time in special cases, we will notify you by email.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to (insert email address) or use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless
you send us documentation of having returned it.

Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must advertise within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

If you act as a trader, we reserve the right to
remedy e.g. in the form of repairs rather than replacement.
Access to complaints
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact: kontakt@styleduo.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus.
To be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110. and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. It costs a fee to have the complaint processed.
When you shop at an e-branded webshop, you can have your case processed for free
with the e-mark – regardless of the size of the amount. Read more here.
