What shipping methods are available?
Styleduo offers delivery of packages via GLS, Postnord, DHL etc.
You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after you have placed your order, where you can also see your order number and which company will deliver your package. At the same time the status of the delivery and tracking information.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept online payment such as Visa and Visa Debit Card, Master Card, and Mobilpay.
We are working on adding even more payment solutions, as soon as these are available, you will be able to see it on our website.
Do all my products come in one delivery
We strive to deliver everything together, if there is something on backorder or delayed delivery, it may happen that the delivery comes in several packages.
In these cases you will be informed.
How do I track my order?
Shortly after ordering, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and tracking information. You can check the status of your package at any time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to all of Europe, however, delivery times may vary slightly depending on which country the package is sent to.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you have 30 days to cancel your purchase. Please note that the returned goods must be in the same condition as you received them.

Are all our clothes designed by Styleduo?
No, we have both ready-made clothes from other manufacturers and the clothes we design.
So only a part of our product range is designed and produced by us.
Ordering special prints for companies and parties
We also offer custom printing of t-shirts, hoodies, pants, etc. with company logos.

If you refuse to receive the package
You are welcome to refuse to receive your package or fail to collect it within PostNord’s retention period, which is 8 days from dispatch. However, please note that in this case we will deduct DKK 99.00, which corresponds to Post return handling fee. We therefore recommend that you receive the package and return it yourself.
Do I pay for the return myself?
Answer: Yes, you do, but at the low price of DKK 40,00 – regardless of weight and size. Order easily through Styleduo
I have placed an order but want to buy more?
We would of course like to help you – but unfortunately we cannot add more to an already completed order. If you wish to purchase more, you will need to place a new order.
Does Styleduo have a price guarantee?
No, we don’t. It’s simply too difficult to administer, and often there are many factors such as free shipping, extended warranty, etc. that make it extremely difficult to compare prices.
I have two discount codes for Cotonshop. Can I combine my discount codes?
No, unfortunately you can’t, as our system can’t figure out how to combine discounts. But you can always save your discount code for another good time 🙂
How can I buy my items at Styleduo?

How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
Arrival times depend on your location. We make every effort to ensure expedited orders do not experience delays.
The clothes produced by us may have an additional 1-2 days delivery time.
